SweeCrimeM team standup reviewing campaign analytics at San Centre

We hear the same questions on first calls — about the name, about budgets, and about what happens after you submit the contact form. This page collects the answers we give before any signed scope of work is drafted.

No — none of the above. SweeCrimeM Marketing Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore marketing agency registered at San Centre on Chin Swee Road. The name is wordplay on Chin Swee Road: "Swee" from the road, "Crime" as phonetic echo, and M for marketing. We are not a law firm, we offer no criminal defence or legal advice, we conduct no background or record checks, we publish no true-crime content, and we have nothing to do with policing, private investigation or security services.

Our work is commercial marketing: campaign strategy and positioning, paid media (including Google Ads), creative direction, SEO, landing page and CRO work, content marketing, analytics setup and email CRM. The domain sweecrimem.life is branding only — it is not a product, a subscription tier or a lifestyle category.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales; we do not sell a course; we do not operate a SaaS platform; and we do not buy followers or engagement. Organic and paid results depend on your market, offer, budget and sales follow-up. See the disclaimer below and §4 of our Terms of Use for full detail.

Every relationship starts with a marketing review — not a pitch deck. You tell us about your positioning, current paid media or SEO setup, and what you want to improve. We ask for read access to analytics and ad accounts where relevant, then produce a written diagnosis: tracking gaps, quick wins, creative or landing page issues, and experiments worth running. The review typically takes five to seven working days depending on account complexity.

If you proceed, we draft a scope of work listing services, deliverables, timeline, pricing, reporting format and explicit exclusions. A project or retainer begins only after that document is signed. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an engagement.

We work with Singapore SMEs, regional B2B firms and startups. Project scopes typically start from approximately SGD 6,500 for a focused landing page and CRO package or single-channel paid media audit. Multi-channel campaign work — strategy, creative, Google Ads structure, SEO content marketing and analytics — usually ranges from SGD 12,000 to SGD 45,000 depending on deliverable count and production depth.

All quotes are in Singapore dollars with GST shown where applicable. We itemise agency fees separately from recommended ad spend so you always know what pays the platform and what pays the team. No hidden "management percentages" buried inside media invoices.

Choose a project when you have a defined deliverable set — a campaign launch, a landing page rebuild, an SEO content sprint, a creative refresh. Choose a retainer when you need ongoing paid media management, monthly analytics reporting, content marketing output and iterative CRO across quarters. Retainers are scoped with a fixed monthly hour allocation and a written list of included services; scope changes require a written amendment.

Many clients start with a project, then move to a retainer once tracking and creative foundations are stable. We will recommend whichever structure matches your stage — not whichever bills more hours.

Ad spend belongs to you. We prefer accounts owned in your name with our team granted manager access — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager as needed. Invoices for media go to your payment method; our agency fee is a separate line item on our invoice.

We document recommended budget shifts in writing before implementation. We do not mark up media without disclosure, and we do not require you to prepay spend into an opaque agency wallet. If you already employ a media buyer, we can coordinate on landing pages, tracking and creative instead of insisting on a full account transfer.

Marketing reviews: five to seven working days after access is granted. Single landing page design and build: three to five weeks including two revision rounds. Paid media account restructure: two to four weeks depending on SKUs and conversion volume. SEO and content marketing programmes: first published pieces within four to six weeks; meaningful ranking movement typically takes months, not days.

Timelines assume timely client feedback. We publish a run sheet at kickoff so both sides know what "done" looks like for each phase.

We use AI-assisted workflows for research acceleration — keyword clustering, ad copy variants, content outlines, analytics anomaly summaries. Outputs are reviewed by a named strategist before they reach you or go live. Strategy, positioning decisions, budget recommendations, client communications and final approvals remain human-owned.

We do not deploy fully automated campaign management without human oversight, and we do not feed confidential client data into public models without your written consent where required under PDPA.

We collect only personal data necessary to deliver marketing services — contact details, account access credentials, campaign performance data linked to identifiable individuals where applicable. Data is stored on access-controlled systems with role-based permissions. We retain enquiry form data for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation.

You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected]. Our full practices are set out in the Privacy Policy. When we process data on your behalf as a marketing vendor, responsibilities are defined in the signed scope of work and data processing terms.

We do not provide legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, conversion rates or return on ad spend. We do not sell online courses, marketing "systems" or SaaS subscriptions. We do not buy followers, reviews or engagement. We do not work on gambling, adult content, unlicensed financial promotions, weapons, or categories that require misleading copy.

We are not a web development agency for full platform builds — though we optimise and expand existing sites for SEO, landing page and CRO work. We are not a private investigation, security or criminal-law service, regardless of how the brand name sounds.

Retainer clients receive a monthly written report: paid media performance, SEO and content marketing output, landing page test results, and hours accounted against the scope of work. Each section includes the metric, the change from the prior period, and a plain-English note on what we think drove the movement.

Project clients receive a close-out report at delivery plus a handover folder — credentials, asset files, tracking documentation, and a recommended next-run queue. Raw dashboard access remains in your accounts throughout; we do not hold analytics hostage at offboarding.

After you sign the scope of work and any required deposit clears. Until then, we may share the marketing review readout and proposal, but we do not configure live campaigns, publish content, or bill hourly work. If priorities shift between proposal and signature, we update the scope in writing — no silent add-ons after the fact.

Kickoff includes a run sheet, named contacts on both sides, and confirmation of analytics and ad account access. That is when the Press Floor clock starts.
